Which batteries does the remote take, and are they included?
Batteries are not included, because they cannot travel by air with the remote. The white remote takes 1 CR2025 coin battery, the black remote 2 AAA (LR03) batteries: only the color of the remote determines the battery. Our blog has a guide to choosing and fitting them.
Which monitors does it work with, and which color should I choose?
It is a replacement infrared remote for Kuycon monitors supplied with a remote, if yours is lost or broken. Choose the same color as the remote supplied with your monitor.
How long does delivery take?
If the remote is in stock in France, it ships by La Poste: Colissimo within France, Delivengo to the rest of the EU. Otherwise, it ships from the factory by Air Express DDP, counted from the order and including 2 to 4 business days of preparation: 13 to 17 business days to France, 8 to 12 to Germany, 7 to 11 to Denmark, 11 to 16 to the other EU countries, 5 to 9 to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, 4 to 10 to other countries. You receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I return this product?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw and return it, complete and in its original packaging. Withdrawal is only possible once the product has been delivered. Return shipping is at your expense and the fees of your payment method are never refunded (article 11 of our terms of sale). The original delivery is not refunded, except in the event of a proven defect of the product with no replacement possible.
Are taxes and customs duties included?
We don't charge any tax on our prices. At checkout, you choose how your order is delivered. With DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), import charges are prepaid together with the shipping: your parcel arrives already cleared through customs, with nothing to pay on delivery. With DAP (Delivered At Place), your country's import VAT and any duties are paid to the carrier when the parcel arrives. The options offered depend on your delivery country. Kuycon does not charge VAT, so our invoices carry no recoverable VAT. However, if DAP delivery is offered for your country, you pay the import VAT and duties yourself on delivery; depending on your country's rules (for example for a VAT-registered business), this import VAT may be recoverable. Please check with your tax authority or accountant.
