Where does it ship from and how long does delivery take?
Before you order, it helps to know where the screen comes from and when it will arrive. Here are the honest timelines.
Where does the monitor ship from?
To a European Union country (Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not in the EU), the monitor ships from our EU warehouse in France by Chronopost express when the whole order is in stock there. Otherwise, and always for the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, the United States and other countries, it ships from the factory in China by Air Express (UPS, DPD or FedEx), DDP or DAP depending on the options offered for your country at checkout.
Shipping is calculated from your delivery address and shown in full at checkout, before payment, so there are no surprises on cost.
Preparation and delivery times
An order in stock at our EU warehouse leaves France on the business day it is placed or the next one. An order shipped from the factory needs 2 to 4 business days of preparation before the flight. The estimated delivery date for your country is shown on the purchase page and at checkout.
Once the parcel is with the carrier, tracking follows it to your door. With DDP there is nothing to pay on delivery; with DAP, import VAT and duties are paid to the carrier on receipt.

How long will delivery take?
From the EU warehouse (EU countries, whole order in stock), after dispatch: 1 to 3 business days within France; 2 to 5 to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria; 3 to 6 to the other EU countries; 4 to 7 to Finland, Sweden, the Baltic states, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, Bulgaria and Romania. From the factory by Air Express, counted from the order and including 2 to 4 business days of preparation: 13 to 17 business days to France, 8 to 12 to Germany, 7 to 11 to Denmark, 11 to 16 to the other EU countries, 5 to 9 to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, 4 to 10 to other countries.
When does my order leave?
From the EU warehouse, on the business day of the order or the next one. From the factory, after 2 to 4 business days of preparation. An order placed at the weekend counts from the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier you can follow its tracking to delivery.
