Which monitors fit the M8 arm?
Flat and curved monitors weighing 3 to 11 kg with a VESA 75 × 75 or 100 × 100 mm mount.
How is it fixed to the desk?
With a C-clamp that grips the edge of the desk: no drilling and no damage, and it can be removed at any time.
Which adjustments does it offer?
A gas spring lets you raise or lower the monitor over 285 mm, and it stays where you leave it. The arm tilts 90° up and 25° down, swivels 180° each way and rotates 360° to switch to portrait mode.
What is it made of?
Aviation-grade aluminum alloy with an anti-oxidation finish, fatigue-tested over more than 200,000 cycles. Cables run through channels built into the arm.
How long does delivery take?
To an EU country, if the whole order is in stock at our EU warehouse, it ships by Chronopost express and arrives in 48 to 96 hours. Otherwise, it ships from the factory by Air Express, counted from the order and including 2 to 4 business days of preparation: 13 to 17 business days to France, 8 to 12 to Germany, 7 to 11 to Denmark, 11 to 16 to the other EU countries, 5 to 9 to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, 4 to 10 to Canada and the United States (DDP) and to other countries. You receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I return this product?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw and return it, complete and in its original packaging. Withdrawal is only possible once the product has been delivered. Return shipping is at your expense and the fees of your payment method are never refunded (article 11 of our terms of sale). The original delivery is not refunded, except in the event of a proven defect of the product with no replacement possible.
Are taxes and customs duties included?
We don't charge any tax on our prices. At checkout, you choose how your order is delivered. With DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), import charges are prepaid together with the shipping: your parcel arrives already cleared through customs, with nothing to pay on delivery. With DAP (Delivered At Place), your country's import VAT and any duties are paid to the carrier when the parcel arrives. The options offered depend on your delivery country. Kuycon does not charge VAT, so our invoices carry no recoverable VAT. However, if DAP delivery is offered for your country, you pay the import VAT and duties yourself on delivery; depending on your country's rules (for example for a VAT-registered business), this import VAT may be recoverable. Please check with your tax authority or accountant.
