Yes. A tracking number is provided for every order. Depending on the shipping option you choose, tracking may be full or partial.
Delivery charges are calculated from your basket and destination, and are always displayed before you confirm your order.
It depends on the shipping option. With DDP delivery, all duties and taxes are included and there is nothing more to pay on arrival. With DAP delivery, import VAT and duties are payable by you when the parcel is delivered. The applicable amount is always shown before you confirm.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means import duties and taxes are paid in advance, with nothing more to pay on delivery. DAP (Delivered At Place) means import VAT and any duties are collected from you by the carrier on receipt.
For deliveries outside the EU (for example the United Kingdom), the parcel clears customs. If you choose DDP nothing is left to pay; if you choose DAP the import taxes are payable on receipt.

2 years in the European Union and 12 months outside the EU, from the date of purchase. The applicable period depends on the delivery country. You can check the warranty on your unit with its serial number at checkcoverage.kuycon.co.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that stop the monitor working normally, including:
- Failure of critical components (power supply, video inputs)
- Serious display defects: permanent lines, marked backlight bleed or colour distortion
- Defective pixels beyond our threshold
Our monitors comply with ISO 9241-307 Class I, and our policy is stricter than the standard: a unit showing defective pixels beyond our threshold, or in the central area, qualifies for replacement or refund.
Write to our customer service with your order number and evidence of the defect (photos or a short video). After we confirm eligibility and, if needed, a diagnosis, the defect is resolved by repair, replacement or refund.
In Europe, by our own technicians together with our partner in France. A warranty claim therefore does not mean returning your monitor to Asia at your own expense.
At any time, using your serial number at checkcoverage.kuycon.co.
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic wear
- Accidental damage, drops or liquid damage
- Improper handling, installation or modification
- Power surges and damage from external factors
- Any repair by an unauthorised third party
We can still help: we offer technical support and repair on a paid basis, by quotation. Contact our customer service.
